What exactly are sulfates? Sulfates, as we know them in beauty products, actually belong to an organic compound class called “organosulfates” made from sulfate mineral salts (actual sulfates are nonorganic and used in other non-cosmetic …
[Review] J.One; Hana Cream
The “capsule skincare” trend has become one of my favorites. Today, I’m reviewing the J.One Hana Cream. J.One is a Korean beauty brand created by the actress Ha Ji-won; it started with the brand’s top-selling Jelly Pack but the Hana Cream shines brighter for me because each jar comes with pre-portioned spheres of a luxurious moisturizer.

My Empties of 2017
The year is coming to an end now and of course, I emptied products this year.
Some of these are almost finished, like a couple more uses and then they’re done, I don’t have expired products, as this is my first year with k-beauty. Anyways enough babbling, let’s get on with it.

[Review] Innisfree, It’s real Squeeze Mask
Today I’m going to talk about a mask from a famous Korean cosmetics brand, Innisfree.
The name of the mask is It’s Real Squeeze Mask and there are ten different fragrances: I chose the acai berry.
Important information
Price: $ 1.99
Shelf Life: 2 years
Product Claims:
- Infused with the blend of herb complex water and ingredients from nature, this real mask adds vitality and energy to your skin.
Directions:
- After cleansing, use the toner to refine skin texture.
- Take out the mask from the package and spread evenly over entire face avoiding the eye and lip area.
- Remove the sheet after 10-20 minutes and gently pat to allow the remaining formula to absorb into the skin.
Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Butylene Glycol, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water, Lilium Candidum Flower Water, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Water, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Polyglyceryl-3, Potassium Hydroxide, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Opuntia Coccinellifera Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Orchid Extract, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.
I bought it from a really nice and helpful eBay seller at a really affordable price – $ 1.99 – and no shipping charges.
The package
The package that contains the sheet mask is very minimal and simple but I really appreciate that. The product contained in the package is a little lower than that contained in a normal sheet mask – Innisfree, 0.67 fl. oz / 20ml; Sephora, 0.87 fl. oz / 22ml – but everything for the price goes more than good.
I took into consideration the Sephora face mask that costs $ 6.00 – almost five more bucks – for just two milliliters of difference.
Back information is obviously written in Korean but I was surprised to see that they were also written in English.
This is how the mask is presented once removed from the packaging and opened.
I was very shocked and surprised when I saw the milky liquid and for a few moments I thought it was expired but of course, it was not like that.
I applied it on my face and I immediately smelled the sweet and delicate fragrance, absolutely an odor that inebriates the senses and relaxes you.
It was difficult to talk to me on the mask because it was just moving and going on lips, in fact, I also thought that next time I cut the part between the nose and the upper lip.
Besides this, I think the mask is really fantastic and deserves because it moisturizes the face properly.
Pros.
- Decently priced.
- Highly moisturizing, when I say this, I mean it moisturizes pretty well.
- Will suit all skin types.
- Sachet masks are great and convenient while traveling.
- Pleasant smell.
- Easy to apply and remove.
- Gives a glow.
- Has many natural ingredients.
- This one does not have alcohol.
- Will suit all skin types.
Cons.
- Not easily available.
