Ahhh… Those prosecutor robes.
Don’t tell me you don’t think that Korean actors look super cool wearing them.
The year of 2017 brought us so many amazing law, crime and suspense dramas and I’m really thankful for that because I just love them.
A few days ago I was thinking about how many crime dramas have there been in 2017 and there seemed to be the trend of really hot prosecutors, detectives and police officers. And since prosecutors are my favorite I decided to list the hottest prosecutors of 2017.

JANG DO HAN

Jang Do Han is a really complex character with many layers. He comes off as a know-it-all who only became a prosecutor for the money and his only goal is to be rich no matter what it takes. But there’s more than what meets the eye, he is actually trying to take revenge for his father.
I was not sure if I hated him or loved him because sometimes he seemed like a monster but I think I loved him in the end because deep down he was a good man.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how good Kim Young Kwang looks in a suit like this man is unreal?

Jung Joo fights against a huge power who framed her older brother for murder and killed him.
This dude made me so confused in the beginning. I really thought he was the bad guy at first but then it all got clear and now I love him. His nickname is the “Knucklehead prosecutor” because he’s the crazy dog in the building and he will prosecute everyone ruthlessly.
He has this crazy look in his eyes but I think that’s just how the actor comes off because he had the same look as the villain in “Suspicious Partner”.
He really cares for the female lead but sadly he’s the second lead and he has a really twisted family past which makes it impossible for them to be together. He doesn’t give me SLS I just feel really bad for him because of all the things he has to go through.
Han Joon loves his family but also values the truth which means he has to uncover the twisted past even if his family will be torn apart.
YEO JIN WOOK

A former Psychiatrist who decided to become a prosecutor after working on a child molestation case. He joined the sexual assault crimes division because he wanted to catch all of the child molesters and rapists out there.
He is very smart and righteous and what he values the most is the truth even if it means he has to prosecute his own mother. His psychiatric skills help him a lot because he can tell when someone is lying.
He may come off as a little bit cold because he cares about his work so much but he’s the most caring and sweet guy.
JUNG JAE CHAN

Jung Jae Chan… The most relatable prosecutor ever, he doesn’t wash his hair for days and poops with the door open.
He’s probably the only prosecutor that dreams about the crimes that will take place in the future, he always tries to prevent them from happening so that he can protect his loved ones.
It wasn’t his dream to become a prosecutor, he never had good grades or studied but after his father’s death, he decided to study hard and become a prosecutor so that he could catch all the bad guys.
At first, he seems like a jerk a little bit but he is a really good guy.
NOH JI WOOK
Ji Chang Wook in Suspicious Partner

They work together on a mysterious case involving a sly psychopath murderer. As they’re working as a team, they develop affection between them.
Awarded as the worst prosecutor because he is extremely ruthless and cold but that is just the outer image, Ji Wook is actually really caring and sweet. He has a dark past and he was betrayed and hurt by his loved ones which makes it hard for him to truly trust anyone.
He loves being a prosecutor and is a workaholic. Ji Wook is very intelligent and good at his job as a prosecutor because he always puts the truth first.
Plus he has the most awesome smile ever and his office fashion is on fleek, like how does anyone look that good in a suit. He was made for that prosecutor robe, I think he looks amazing in that wine red color.
And those glasses… Ugh
